The Future of the Data Privacy Framework and EU-U.S. Data Transfers

Join us for an expert panel hosted by the EFDPO, bringing together leading voices from legal practice, academia, regulatory authorities, and the data protection officer community.

As part of our broader engagement around the future of the GDPR, this session will focus on the evolving EU-U.S. data transfer regime, the role of the Data Privacy Framework, and the continued use of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

With practical insights and a forward-looking discussion, this event aims to address the core questions our members are asking:

👉 What is still legally viable today?
👉 What changes must we prepare for tomorrow?
