Better regulation in the Czech Republic

Jan 29, 2024

The Czech Data Protection Association co-organised at the turn of 2022/2023 two workshops that addressed issues related to improving the regulatory environment in the Czech Republic. The workshops were organized by the Czech Data Protection Association in cooperation with the Institute of State and Law of the Czech Academy of Sciences. Both workshops  were attended by representatives of a wide range of governmental organisations as well as the private sector.  The conclusions of the discussions of participants at both workshops were summarised in a position paper, which can be found here (in Czech language).  The content of the document is a summary of discussion with possible approaches to ensure better regulation in the Czech Republic.
