The German Association of Data Protection Officers (BvD) has submitted a statement to the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi) on the draft bill for a law on data protection and privacy in telecommunications and telemedia and on amending the Telemedia Act (TTDSG).
