On 6 October 2022, the traditional autumn conference of the Association for Personal Data Protection dedicated to the issue of personal data processing “GDPR 2022” was held in Prague for the sixth time.

In its judgment No.1 As 238/2021 from 11.11.2021, the Czech Supreme Administrative Court dealt with a question whether or not liability for data breach is absolute under Czech law.
