On October 20, 2021, the forth meeting of DPOs in health care organised by the Czech Data Protection Association in cooperation with Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic and The General Health Insurance Company (VZP ČR) took place in Prague. 50 participants attended the meeting.
The opening speech was delivered by JUDr. Radek Policar, Deputy Minister of Health for Legislation and Law and Ing. Zdeněk Kabátek, director of VZP ČR.
The main topics of the conference were the organization of cyber security and data protection in the hospitals and current topics in the field of personal data protection in healthcare. The partner of the conference was insurance company Pojišťovna VZP, a.s.
