The Czech Data Protection Association is organizing on May 25, 2021 an online conference “Controller as hostage of the processor”. As the name suggests, the topic will be a situation where the processor of personal data is in a much stronger position than the controller.
The EFDPO is a pround member of the Organizing Committe of this international conference. It will offer over 120 sessions with over 200 top level speakers and data protection authorities, including international organizations, European authorities, and national data protection authorities, as well as experts in innovative technologies.
One of the objectives of the EFDPO is to promote knowledge transfer across national borders. This is achieved, among other things, by offering online discussion panels which members of EFDPO member associations can attend free of charge.
We will dive into the relation between FHIR adoption and the application of data access & protection policies, listen from key speakers from HL7 Europe and EFDPO and hear from enlightening testimonials from hospital DPOs and IT specialists who made it work.
