Whistleblowing workshop in Prague

The Czech Data Protection Association together with the Union of Corporate Lawyers of the Czech Republic organized on September 11, 2020 a workshop on the topic of  personal data processing within Whistleblowing and Compliance.

The subject of the discussion was in particular the processing of personal data in the framework of the forthcoming Czech “Whistleblower Protection Act”, which is to implement Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019, on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law.
