Join for free: Dpo Open talks
One of the objectives of the EFDPO is to promote knowledge transfer across national borders. This is achieved, among other things, by offering online discussion panels which members of EFDPO member associations can attend free of charge.
The 3rd EFDPO online event this year is organized by the Portuguese association APDPO (zur EFDPO Seite verlinken): DPO Open Talks. The program will feature two one-hour panels on Thursday, 27/04/2023 from 16:00 to 18:00 (CET). The first panel will focus on what impact the numerous European digital legislation projects could have on the role of data protection officers in the future. The second panel is devoted to the perennial topic of international data transfers. The panels will include experts from Austria, the Czech Republic, Greece and, of course, the host country Portugal. It will be interesting to see to what extent the perspectives on these topics are the same or different in the individual countries. The EFDPO Open Talks will be held in English.
