Position Papers
Commenting on current laws, legal acts and discussions
Continuous dialogue with the political sphere, business representatives and civil society is one of the main objectives of the EFDPO. Therefore, the EFDPO regularly publishes position papers commenting on the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation and other European privacy legal acts as well as current discussions regarding data protection in general and the DPO in particular.
