One of the goals of the European Federation of Data Protection Officers (EFDPO) is to promote the exchange of know-how across national borders. This is achieved, among other things, by online events in which members of EFDPO member associations can participate free of charge.The 4th EFDPO online event this year is organized by our Czech member association “Spolek pro ochranu osobních údajů”: Under the title “Metaverse from the perspective of legal regulation and data protection”, Mgr. Jana Pattynová, LL.M. will speak about the data protection implications of virtual worlds on Thursday, 20.07.2023 from 13:00 to 14:00 (CET). She is a committee member of the Czech Data Protection Association and partner at PIERSTONE. The lecture will be held in English.

All members of national EFDPO member associations are invited to participate free of charge.
