The Czech Data Protection Authority has published its plan of audits for 2023

The Czech DPA (The Office for Personal Data Protection) published its audit plan for 2023. The DPA will focus its inspection activities in 2023 on the processing of personal data in attendance systems, during the use of social networks, in large-scale video surveillance systems and processing by the large processors or by offices of the court executor (special form of bailiffs’ offices). It will also audit selected information systems of the Czech Police and, in cooperation with the Czech Telecommunications Office, will focus on telemarketing.

In 2023 the Authority will also participate with other European supervisory authorities in a coordinated enforcement action on thedesignation and position of Data Protection Officers.
