BvD comments on the draft bill of the TTDSG

The German Association of Data Protection Officers (BvD) has submitted a statement to the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi) on the draft bill for a law on data protection and privacy in telecommunications and telemedia and on amending the Telemedia Act (TTDSG). The BvD first responds to the questions raised by the BMWi and then comments generally on the present draft.
